    Which new BB and cranks?

Iím riding a 2017 Kona Unit I got back in March and I love it. Couldnít get just a frame at the time so I got a complete and have done some upgrades:

    SLX brakes
    KS LEV
    Raceface Carbon handlebar
    Saint pedals
    ARC40 rims
    DT Swiss 240s hubs (36t)
    Nobby Nic 2.8Ē x 27.5
18t and 20t wolftooth rear cogs

The bottom bracket got noisy a couple months ago and the drive side crank loosened. I took it to my lbs who relubed it and tightened it and it was smooth for awhile but now it is noisy again and loosened up once more. Only on the drive side, and the preload cap? (on the drive side also) fell off on a ride.

I tightened up the drive side with a 10mm hex and it has stayed tight for a few rides but is making noise/not smooth when Iím cranking hard on steeper sections.

Seems like time for replacement? I want to upgrade the FSA Comet cranks anyway and want a smooth, solid and reliable bottom bracket. (And reassurance Iím picking something compatible). Current cranks are 175mm, will probably keep that the same and stay alloy over carbon but try to lighten up some.

It has a FSA 7100 bottom bracket,
    BC1.37Ēx24t

    Suggestions?
    Thanks!

I would use Race Face cranks with a Shimano XTR BB. My opinion. It's what I use. The Race Face BBs are crap, but the 30 or 40 bucks for a XTR makes a world of difference.
