    need help with kick ass cog!!!

    I just got a new kick ass cog and i can't seem fit it on my new ztr freehub body. any suggestions?

    Its an endless bikes K.A.C. I'll try to post these pics. anyone have this problem before?

    I had trouble with mine, but it was going onto a threaded shortened cassette freehub on a Kona Unit. Just needed a little light tapping to get it on.

    A dremel might take too much off and leave it loose. Maybe try some sand paper first.
    I see hills.

    I want to climb them.

    I had the same problem and used a small metal file only took off as little as needed.

    Same problem. Bought the cog to use for a race and I couldn't get it on the freehub the night before. Don't need the cog anymore so I may return it and get a Homebrewed.

    same issue on my hope hub... about 5 minutes and some sandpaper made it fit perfect.
