Need to find out how to get a hod of Josh

from Jericho. His website says it is under construction. Would any of you know where I can get a 32 tooth non ramped ring for a shimano xtr crank set? The newer version with the outboard bearings. Also where I could find a rock ring for it as well. I was told Jericho makes these but I cannot find them anywhere. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Sorry if this has been asked before.
