    My Soma 4one5

    I haven't seen any pics of a Soma SS, so here are a few pics of mine:




    Note the old school Box V-brakes.


    It also doubles as the occasional night time commuter hence the Lume HID


    I'm using my old 99 S-works wheels. Nice and light.


    Damn saddle hurts but it's so light...

    steel for real

    always liked those frames....nice ride....but the shadows make it tough to oogle over.

    Yep, I got to put the bike further away from the wall. Steel is indeed really nice to ride. It's no FS, but it's pretty darn good for a hardtail. It's pretty light too. My bike is slightly under 23# right now (17" frame), which is not bad.

    As for the Lume light, I like it a whole lot more than the people I cross. The HID light is very impressive. It's basically like riding with car's high beam on... I exxagerate a little, but for night riding, it's perfect. The only drawback is that they don't have a Li-on option, which would be a light and powerful package.
