    My new SS build

Got my new SS frame yesterday. Basically took the parts off my previous frame and tranferred them over. Here's the current specs:
Frame: 2011 Specialized Stumpjumper SS Frameset, 17.5"
    Fork: Niner Carbon (Godzilla Green)
Wheels: Stans Arch Rims/WTB Laser DiscLite Hubs
    Cranks: Noir 1.1 32t
Brakes: Shimano XTR M965, 975 levers
    Stem: Ritchey WCS 4-Axis
    Bar: Easton EC90
    Grips: Ergon
    Tires: Maxxis Ignitors
    Rotors: Gussett 160mm
    Pedals: Eggbeaters SL
    Chain: Cheap KMC SS
    Cog: Rennen 19t
    Seatpost: Syntace P6 Carbon
    Saddle: Specialized Phenom SL
    18lbs. 7oz.
Put a post on the Niner forum hoping someone would like to trade the Godzilla Green fork with a white one. No bites, and probably won't get one. May swap out the Niner fork with a Reba at some point in the future...3 years of running rigid has been fun but it's beginning to take it's toll. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

That bike is redonkulous. Easily the best looking frame ever made by Specialized. How's it ride?

Thanks kcaz! No clue how it rides. Picked up the frame yesterday and built it up last night. A few inches of snow, and a solid head cold, prevent me from riding right now. I'm hoping Wampa is stiff.

Fork doesn't look too bad from this angle. Nice looker all around, in fact. Too bad those rims aren't white.

We don't quit riding because we get old.

I don't like the white rims. Fork looks solid, just wish it was white or the nude carbon.

White Arch's would add that last bit-o-flaSSh. Lose that white chain though. You're only going to keep that looking good til your first ride!
Wait whuuut, who did he tell you that!?!?....

Yeah, I work at a shop and the chain was only $3. Thought it looked cool. I have another one that I'll most likely put on. I guess I'm old school, I like the black. The white ones are a bit heavier too.

Glad someone posted this up. I have been riding a 2010 Spec Stumpy 29SS for a while now and love it. About to slap a White Bros 29 Carbon Fork on the front. I was curious what my weight would be around and now I know. My build is fairly similar to yours. Nice bike let us know how it rides!
