    No

sounds like your giving it alittle to much, or staying seated to long. Try the next easier gear for awhile. Also, when it begins to be a big struggle, make sure you don't over do the effort or you could hurt something. I had this problem when I first started...never do now.

    Hope that helps.

What he said he said, and stand more, which is of course what he said he said. It's a different kind of riding, and when I started, my knees were a'hurtin' until I realized I just needed to stand more. I don't have knee probs anymore.

Where do they hurt? In front of the knee under the kneecap, or behind the knee, or is it at the top of the knee?
I gotta roll, can't stand still, got a flame in my heart, can't get my fill.

Top and bottom but not the cap its self, it feels better today, I do stand a lot, but I think I must have just pushed myself a little to hard. Also I can tell I faver my right leg and it started hurting first, I think im going to have to learn to crank with both equally.
