    My King Kog, but different?

My King Kog arrived in the mail today...

... I thought Chris King Kogs had kidney shaped holes in them.

Is this an different generation Kog or a different model? (FYI it's second hand)

Interesting. I have a 16T cog and it has the cutouts in the it. Had a 15T cog as well and that didn't - I imagine that when the cog gets too small, there's either no room for cutouts or maybe they aren't necessary for weight considerations.

It's the aluminium (;-)thanks for spelling it our way) one.

Would have like the stainless steel one, but can't complain got this for the retail price of a DX cog.

Either way when I got it out of the wrapping, WOW this is some quality machining.
