My boys' plea for a new chaintug

My swimmers are looking for a new chaintug for my King SS hub. Y'see, the steel teeth at on the endcaps have rounded out, so the hub slips forward under high torque, resulting in chain deraillment, and which usually leads to ball-crushage. (It hasn't happened on this hub yet, but it did happen on another one before I put chaintugs on it.)

I tried drilling out an old Redline tug I already have, but I made a big mess. I don't feel like buying more tools for this one thing, so I just want to get one with a hole that is already big enough for the King Fun Bolts. I know about the Surly Tugnut, but are there any others?

OR, if anyone has a drill press in the MD/DC/NoVA area and is willing to fix/drill out the hole for the Redline tug I already have, that'd be cool too. Thanks!

Could you use a BMX tug meant for 14mm axles?

Bill T. has a drill press and I'm sure he wouldn't mind you swinging by to use it. He leaves soon for a month long bike trip, so contact him sooner rather than later.

Smile I have a Tugg Nut if you want to try it.....

We can hook up at Avalon and we could make the exchange. I use the Crupi tensioners now and don't need the Tug Nut.

    I have an extra Crupi.
But your ends need some length - it's too long for the Jensonameleon.
I'll bring it to the WAW tonight.
