    Modified XTR Crankset

I have an XTR crankset that has the big ring spider removed. Is this of any use to SS'ers?
I'm curious because, before I put it in the classifieds, I'd like to know if it is useable.

It didn't work so well on my geared bike.

    Thanks in advance.

Sorry to have to tell you this, but they're useless for SSing. If you like though, I'll take them off your hands for your so they don't clutter up your parts bin.

I'll even spring for shipping, to help you out, of course.

We were talking about how those XTR cranks are basically worthless and I was trying to be a great guy and take them off the OP's hands.
