    Looking for a green Skewer!!

I was hoping some out there can help me locate a green Front skewer for my Karate Monkey. I am hoping that someone works at a shop and has some cool NOS ones available, but would be interested in a clean used one to.
used to be you could find bike parts in all colors, but now it just seems to be a black and silver world, except for Salsa they make a Rasta skewer but I really want all green.

I don't know how badly you want it, but it looks like Hope still makes a green skewer. I could only find it for sale (singly, even) on Brit websites: wiggly & Chain Reaction. I have never ordered from either.

like Drev said, Hope is about it, at least for companies currently making green skewers.
Only place I know of in the states to get them is Larry Mettler (ventanarama on the site) of Mtn. High Cyclery, in Loveland, CO. Got a green pair for my roadie.

Some other online places carry hope, but I've never seen the skewers.

E-bay is you best bet for some old stuff, unless someone here has something.

Hugh, I may have something for you

I have a set of green Salsa skewers. The front has seen plenty of action, but I have never used the rear (bolt-on hub). If you are willing to cut the rod and can somehow thread it a bit farther, it is yours. Let me know. By the way, it is from before they started etching instructions on the lever.

Never understood why they would etch instructions on the levers, until this weekend. Guy called up and wanted to know how to take his front wheel on/off seems like a simple enough of a question to ask. In walking him throught the steps I discover that the QR has been used as a lever to tigten the screw, not as intended. Some people should not be allowed to reproduce.
