Seatposts are 380mm, bars are 26.25".

Seven cycles makes (or at least used to) custom width and bend handlebars. I got a 26" by 11 degree one for $100 2 years ago. Try giving them a call.

I have a custom Seven ti bar on my Sugar. Whatever you want.

I bought an Airborne ti seatpost (27.2) that was 400mm long two years ago. Bent it within eight months, but then I weigh ~200#.
