    Lightest SS wheel

I am going to build up a 29er SS wheel. I have the rim, and a Surly hub. For the money I can't go wrong but for weight would a XT or simular hub and cog be lighter compared to the Surly with a freewheel? I don't have money for the King and other high end parts. Any ideas?

I belive that DMR makes a rear hub that is reasonably light and is a cassette hub. maybe called the revolver.

I am not totally sure on weight i belive it is like 290 vs 360 or there about... DMR stuff is pretty durable as well and the hub has "fun-bolt" style closure which is cooler and you don't have to carry around a 15mm

Keep in mind that with the DMR or Surly you'll need a freewheel, which will add a minimum of 160g to the weight.
