    Larison Creek, Oregon

This is an Oakridge favorite, it's high on my fun meter. The trail has some fun tight switchbacks I can actually clean with a touch of trials. The whole trail is the gorgeous. It's very difficult to clean everything, we had fun trying. I was so impressed I took over 150 pixs of this trail. Hans was riding his brand new Spot, on it's first adventure. I was on my two speed beast. Shane rode his rigid beast and Andy his Heckler, recently stolen.

    Larisan Creek is fun, but

Larison Rock is absolutely superb. By some coincidence, another of your posts was about a trail next to another of my favorites, Lawler. Ah, sweet ST goodness.

I will get up there soon and take some pics. Deception Butte trail is between Larison Rock and Lawler, It's really cool but very dangerous. People don't mention it much.

Here's a pic of Deception Butte taken from Larison Rock. Deception Butte is on the far horizon. Have you seen Lone Wolf shelter on Lawler?

I haven't ridden Lawler in ten years

I've seen it, but not recently. Hopefully I'll get up there this summer and do some riding.
