    Larger Steel Cogs

I cannot seem to find steel cogs larger than 22t. Chris King, Surly, Wolf Tooth, Absolute Black, none seem to be larger than 22t, but I need a 23t. I found some aluminium ones that are larger (Rennen), but cannot find any steel. What gives?

I already run 32t up front, and I do not think I can go any smaller.

EDIT: I just did some research and it looks like I can get 104 BCD chainrings with 30t (wolf tooth, and others?). Do y'all think that is my best bet for easier gearing?

Hmm, these are aluminum, but they say they are stronger than some steels. A bit pricey but I am willing to pay for quality.

Don't know what type of cog you're looking for, but if this is for a freehub with spacers, you can always grab a cheap shimano 8-speed cassette and disassemble it. Nothing but steel cogs there.

Other than that, the 30T raceface narrow wide aluminum chainring is an easy solution.
