Cool-blue Rhythm Klein: Pulse Race Singlespeed

Built up in December and have been riding her once a week. No problems at all, ultra-light and a blast to ride.

it would be even lighter if you ditch that big ring!

    nice looking bike

Looks light & fast. Running the granny ring? What's up with the gearing?

    Super granny

Nice bike, I bet you can climb a wall with that gear, and top out at like 5 mph. Seems like the middle one would be more reasonable. Ditch the big one or grind off the teeth and use it as a bashgaurd.

Just a lazy NW rider. It does top out pretty fast but works well for the local hills.

It is an 18 inch frame. My other is a 19 inch. Seatpost came off an old bike. I was too cheap to buy a new one so I bought a seatpost shim.

I was thinking of buying a pulse to build up as a ss. Ive seen them built w/o tensioners. Apparently there is enought room back there to not need one. Awesome bike but you gotta clean up those 3 rings up front. Ya could probably save about 100g or so and make it look much cooler. Only bad thing about that model is the paint come off real easy. Ive got a friend with the same frame and I love it but its ugly when the paint comes off. Its different colored layers. When the red comes off youll get some gold spots and then the bare frame is silver so eventually that frame will be 3 colors! But If I could find that exact frame in a large I'd buy it in a second.
