    If I were to...

...fly to the States and participate in an event/festival with the sole aim of experiencing ss overdose - which event would you guys recommend?
    Cheers from Cape Town!

I've heard about this one, thanks for the link. Would you say it's better than Pedros?

    anything in Wisconsin

any SS in the Cheese State of America is welcome. If you come here, you can stay with us, and race any race in WI. Wisconsin has a lot of well rounded events, better than anything I have done elsewhere.

http://www.cheqfattire.com/ is more of a race...

The weekend is more or less based on a 40 mile point to point race held on Sat. with other events held on Sun.
I have not been to Pedro's fest out east but I did attend the 2 wisconsin versions of it.
The difference would be if you want to race or just ride etc.

Expert SS at The Sea Otter.
Not super long or super tough but you get the Interbike Tradeshow for consumers to see all the cool new stuff and the Monterey Bay/Carmel/Pebble Beach tourist type stuff as well.
Food in the area is second to none as well....
