    I am Thankful

While I try and make it a habit to count my blessings everyday, on Thanksgiving it takes on an additional meaning. Beyond being forever grateful for my family and friends, and my comfortable life, I am thankful for MTBR and all the time wasted on this forum. I am thankful that I am healthy and strong enough to ride my bicycles, so I can later talk about it here. So thank your god and/or your brother for all our blessings and this great country that we live in. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and try to hold on to that thanks and hope all year long.

Amen to that! Time to load up on the tryptophan and become one with the couch ... in preparation for a nice long ride tomorrow!

    thankful, very thankful

Went for a ride Thanksgiving morning, watched the Packer game with my family in the afternoon, was in the hospital in the evening with my wife giving birth to our 2nd son at 9:43pm on Thanksgiving. A thankful day to be certain.

Thankful that the MRI of my brain was negative for a tumor that the doctor thought I might have. Know I can focus on my 18 month old twins, and get in a ride when I can.

Whoa! What a relief that news must have come as.

Makes my piddling problems seem insignificant, which they are.
