    Help me choose a crank

Ok, so the budget build is coming along pretty well. I am looking at cranks right now, but can't seem to settle on a good one. I am looking at used and new, somewhere in the $50-$65 range for arms.

Cambria typically has an interesting mix of stuff, new an old. I was looking at a pair of older LX 5 arm cranks, a set of cool Kooka freeride cranks, some forged ritchey's, general low end shimano, FSA, etc.

Used, I am looking at a pair of square taper turbines and some late model LX's. I am probably gonna want to stick with square taper, as it keeps costs down and I have no problems with them.

Here's some pics, give me your ideas. Thanks, Pedro

    used race face

I've been using Ebay or swap shop-procured Race Face square taper Turbines on both bikes for almost three years now. Cheap, stiff, stylish even when scratched up, no complaints.

raceface are great, strong, good looking, what do you need else

the ones on the pic from weather are made by "stronglight", they are very light but not enought rigid. the arms flex lot much. no a good choice for SS
