It will take nine months to get this baby delivered on a SS. Any ways I'm an engineer what do you expect?

... and if we just ... tasty gnome

Oh yes! I can't gait for Revenge of the Gnome, the sequel to Gnomefest.
Them tasty morsels will feel the wrath of me.

As I type, I am sitting on the couch, watching Red Sonja, and drinking a nice Point/Pale Ale...mmmmm....gnome

I hope we get new and old face at the Revenge of the Gnome. I better start with some marketing literature for Gnome 2005.

Annabel will be walking around, and Matini's Sidra will be too. WAHOOO!!!!

it's going to Rock n' Roll...

True, you do have a tendancy to overthink things. Just like other engineers I know. Imagine that. God I can't wait for spring.

Hell, I may even bring a trailer up for the girl.

Just watched The Chronicles of Riddick, and I'm about to go pop in Resident Evil. Being home alone lets me watch boy movies. Cool! New Glarus Native is being poured as well. Yummy.

    You savages...

    ...I've got three trips planned;

    1. Black Hills
    2. Winter Park
    3. Gnomefest - El Segundo

No neat beers to refer to...just a full bottle of geeto fabuloso Yellowtail shiraz.

Ernesto - I'm working on bringing "Cookie" from the Wisco State Fair pics as head BBQ master. She can thaw frozen porks ribs in her folds in seconds.

WHo the hell is Cookie? I'm scared now. So scared my rectum puckered...and why the hell are you drinkin' wine?

Kidding...did you go to the 1st Gnome?
So damn sleepy...tomorrow I won't ride. it will be 8 deg. in the morning, so yes, riding IS out of the equation. Sarah, my lovely concubineish wife, will drop me off at work.

One more thought just for you Marty --- Lugs, yes Lugs, Lugs and 29" maybe 30" bigger tires are a commin. Just got a new tube notcher and got my daughters new ride designed. Not to far from the wide one SS 29".

I'm serious about the family flavor of this event.........we had quite a unique and wonderfull family style camp-ride-and gnome=roast last year.

You cats have any recommendations for this years ralleye?

What? like where? or style of enduro? I liked the enduro last time. If we're thinking of someplace different, all I can think of would be Levis/Trow and hit up BruceMound as well. That's the only place I can think of that would have a nice variety of trails. I'd be more than happy to head back up to 9 mile though too. Those are kickin' trails. maybe greg can show us more off-the-map-stuff?

Hell yeah! I can't freakin' wait for GF II. Maybe all the babies won't mind fireworks noises this year??? A fest ain't a fest without fireworks.

I'm going to try to get the small lot near the chalet instead of the Static charged lot we had last year. I was think'n of other fun stuff we could do, like bike polo or we had suggestions that we should have some routes that are signed and mapped for independent rides.........those sort of suggestions. Tricycle races........more nude events.........a group marriage ceremony.........wife swapping...........live sheep shearing.........did I miss anything?

But what about the magic of the south lot. The warm fuzzy feeling you get from touching your bikes frame or any other metal. The levitation of the tents and pop ups. Imagine the fireworks we would have had if the pop up would have hit two phases of the overhead wires above!

Campass hell, one guy had gnome crotch, just look at the posted photos.

    The Quarter!

I have had a hankering for some gnome for quite some time now. They are some very sweet trail, especially that unmarked stuff.... Crono...you got any more like that to entice me onto the 747?

How about a T shirt this year Gary? Something with a gnome flavour perhaps.

I found the quarter the next morning but have since lost it somewhere between 9 mile and the southern hemisphere. Oh well thats a good reason to come back next year. Maybe I could burn some Australian coins and bring them with me.

Did I mention I liked fireworks?

I was sittin on the toilet when that happened. Came out and saw people hanging onto tents like they were flying a kite! I'm pretty sure gnomes did it!

Gnome crotch looks painfull. Ahh the memory that will stick in my head for a long time to come. As Noel was bunny hopping the fire (nude of course) his wife yells out "Hands off ladies...He's all mine" It was cold out that night.

    We Scored!

The date has been set and the permit for the site secured. We have moved the fest site to the North Parking Lot. The North Parking Lot is adjacent to the Chalet. It is the smaller lot on the far side of the pines.

    https://www.oharasbrewpub.com/

We have a beer sponsor ladies and gentlemen! Chris Laumb from Ohara's Brew Pub has pledged to brew up a special gnome-brew for the fest and bring a couple'a half barrels to quench our thirst at GF-II.

With the beer taken care of......I thought we would do a couple of deep fried turkeys for the pot luck feast on Saturday night. Our usual pot luck affair with everyone bringing a dish to pass and "the fest" providing deep fried gnome (turkey) for all to enjoy.

I have a few more tricks up my sleeve for the Saturday night festivities and the Second Million Gnome Enduro.

    Things we need:

Artist Illustrator Cartoonist - to create the Gnome-Fest Logo

Sponsors - Donations for prizes and Shwag

Tables - What's a buffet without folding tables

Firewood - Remember last years fire?

prolly more, but that's all for now.

    Suggestions.....comments......let'm ripp
