    Goodbye Jabber

Today is a sad day. My Jabberwocky has ridden its last trail. The past 3.5 years have been great.
Looking for your opinions for next bike.
I like a fast, SS race-ready setup. Probably stay with steel for the price although Ti is compelling. Someone suggested Pivot LES but not looking to spend thousands.
Bike shop wants me to go with a Karate Monkey. Not sure about fully rigid as I've never ridden that before.
How would the Karate Monkey compare to the Jabberwocky? Anything else in the 1000-1200 price range? Thanks!

Agreed! +1 for Optimus Ti, since I love mine
At what point did you decide you needed more than 1 gear?

Buy a new Jabberwocky. Few frames have comparable geometry.

    Can that be repaired?

For a couple hundred more you could easily have a custom frame built up.
