I'm hear and can't wait to stop global warming now, because it's bad!

Where should we start? New Jersey? Hong Kong? New Delhi?

I don't think signing a petion would make me feel like I was doing enough for my Mother Earth.

    off to pack, call me!

but I think my wife wants me to stop even more. She especially hates it when I hold the covers down over her head.

If you can make all cows, livestock, humans, mammals, etc., to stop fártíng, then I think you have something. If you can put sunblock 3000 on everything, they yeah, you might also be up to something. For now, just live your life, drink Pepsi, and have huevos.

I too would love to stop global warming

It's getting down right hot at lunch for my lunch time rides. By the time I get back I need a shower but only have baby wipes and the bathroom sink to contend with. Or maybe we could just stop global warming in certain areas curing certain hours. Like in Hackensack, NJ if you could stop global warming between 3 and 5pm that would be great. Thanks for all your work.

I would love to sign a petion in wich I can support your efforts in the fight to end global warming. My email address is [email protected] ks.com. Send me about 100 petions in wich I can sign. The more I sign the more I can help right? In fact send me 1 million petions in wich to sign? Thanks!

SHould we also stop breathing? because the human body generates heat...hmmm...maybe if we only use ovens and stoves for 1 hr a day, then we can all contribute to the end of global warmth. What about when the mercury only hits like 10 degrees in February here in WI? then what?

How bout we just drop a nuke on Hackensack, that would solve its problems (just as long as the Ice House isn't obliterated, no hockey would truly suck) ;P

Maybe we should start with LA.

Why isn't the petition so where else on the web.( Read: add a hyperlink)
You're (777Heavy, probably has an aviation-related job) not just going to use our email addresses to send us bloody spam!

We're already reducing global warming by riding our bikes, being the second most efficent form of transport.

But from my research, bikes are not the second most efficient form of transportation.

They're the most efficient way for a human to get around, much more efficient than walking.
Here's some interesting stats for ya:
If you look at gasoline calorically, an adult male on a bicycle averages 300 mile per gallon (although that's probably not off-road on a one speed bike.)
A bicyclist is more efficient than a salmon, a jaguar, or a bald eagle.
Unfortunately, we're nowhere near the efficiency of the red kangaroo. Yet...

    I'd sign a petition mandating...

...our kids be educated in school about the *true* nature of global warming.

What I mean by this is that much of the puffed up theories about the human impact upon our atmosphere and the subsequent conclusions regarding global warming are outright false, or at the very least, gross exaggerations. Many of the proponents of these theories, in fact, have ulterior motives and use this pop science argument to push their (often radical) environmentalist views on the masses. (at considerable economic and personal liberty expense)

The fact of the matter is, is that nature is by far the dominate force on global warming and global cooling, NOT man. In the past 750,000 years (alone) there has been an ICE AGE about once every 100,000 years. At the conclusion of each one of these ice ages, there must have been...what? That's right, MASSIVE global warming on an unparalleled scale. And these multiple massive global warmups happened eons before anyone ever drove an SUV or sprayed their pits with CFC laden Arrid xtra dry. We were little more than clever monkeys when most of them happened, our net contribution to global warming was quite literally a fart in the wind. It aint much more than that now, when compared to what nature has in store for the planet.

In fact, many geologists studying in the field of ice ages think we are nearing the entry of the next ice age (geologically speaking). You can learn more about this phenom at the website linked below.

I believe the figure is 3000 miles per gallon, not 300. Even more impressive.
