    frames

    Iv been looking every where for a decent 13-15inch horizontal drop out frame
    the cheaper the better, want to use it for DJ and urban riding, weight isnt a issue
    does anyone know of any???

    Dead set on horizontal dropouts ? That limits your choices? And how cheap is cheap ?
    KHS DJ 200 can be had for under $100 - great little frame for what you need - but it's not horizontal....you could run a 1-9 though.....

    yeh, i REALLy want horizontal drop outs, im tired of tensioners and can never get the chain just perfect, and i live in South africa so cheap is CHEAP, exchange rate really rapes me, lol

    Hmmmm...tricky..... but it's the horizontal dropouts that need tensioners ? If you get something with vertical, geared dropouts and just run a 1-9 setup your wheels will be rock solid....
