    frame repair - suggestions?

A friend recommended Spicer. Any other recommendations?

I have a cyclocross bike with a bent seat stay and derailleur hanger. I want to get the seat stay fixed and have some track dropouts put on to make it a fixed gear. Thanks.

    Where are you?

Almost any builder could do the work for you, so long as it's a steel frame. Is it lugged or filletted or TIGged? If you let us know where you're located, I'll try to find a local builder for you.

He lives in Maniago, Italy, per his online profile.

Dude, find a local steel framebuilder. They're all over. Ask in a shop.

The language barrier makes that a bit difficult. Besides the Euro is really kicking the dollar's arse right now so it would probably be cheaper to get it done in the US.
