    forward comonents

So, I have a jamis dakota 29er set up single speed right now with an old rear d. as the chain tensioner. I was thinking of using a eccentric hub to replace the rd, but then I saw the forward components ebb that can be used in a normal bottom bracket. I was wondering if anyone has used the forward components ebb yet. It is a lot cheaper than building a new rear wheel. Any feedback would be awesome.

Along with the Exzentriker and the Philcentric eBB's, they are an excellent way of converting a standard derailleur frame to a tensionerless SS. The FC eBB works as advertised. Just keep in mind, FC is pretty small, as are production numbers, so lead times may vary.
