Flat bars or drop bars for new SS

Folks,
I am getting ready to build a dedicated SS--now have a converted Yeti PRO FRO with flat bars.

New bike should be a On One Inbred with flip flop hub 18t free and 15t fixed. Thinking of drop bars with canti's and the cross in line levers for sweet off road riding.

Any thoughts or is anyone running this type of setup or should I just use the XT V-brakes in the bin and call it good

Drops, of course. Get the On*One Midge bars.
