Fixed gear ride is together but not finished...

Yeah it's rolling but I need to make some changes
    and they are as follows,
1-saddle may be too hard, I have others
    2-may switch h-bars w/another ride I have
    3-switch 120 stem w/a 130
4-got too many 2.5mm shims on steerer tube - need
to clean those up w/1 or 2 wider shims, may cut tube
    down i bit aswell
5-cut brake cable a tad shorter
    6-tape h-bars
7-go have a blast on it fixie style WooHoooo

I rode it around the block a bit and it feels great, I'll be
going for a gearie ride in the AM w/some guys n gals
from the LBS then back to the house to give the Rush
a workout or should I say get a workout!
Gearing is 49/18 for now w/room in the dropouts for
a 19 or 20 cog. I have 48/18 on my Langster and it
tops out so far at 32mph so I'm hoping the Rush
    can do 35 w/the 49/18, We'll see???
    Weight is about 18.25 #.
Can't wait to get it dialed in.

Here are a couple of pics for now.

Yeah, you tend to notice saddles most on fixed gears.
    49/18=73.5"
35 mph with that gear would require almost exactly 160 rpm out of you. Very do-able.

It looks great! I have a Langster as well, I'm still running it on the stock freewheel, but bikes like yours are gonna make me order a track cog very soon, to see what fixed is all about. Congrats on your new ride, it's a beauty!
