dreaming of a Ti 29er, any recomendations?

The Ti Singlespeed 29er seems to be a rare and elusive beast. Not many around these board that I can find...

The Airborne Dreadnaught seems to be a good production option...any others? Looking to spend not more then around 1k on the frame.

cool pics to fuel the dream much appreciated!
    Thanks.

The airborne is the only production ti frame that I know of and it's pretty nice. My girl just bought one and so far it seems really nice. I have a TI Strong and Moots. You can't go wrong with either of those but they'll run more in the 2k range than 1k.

If you don't mind waiting for 6 months a dean is right around that ballpark. You could also look into DeSalvo and some of the other small builders.

If you're not dead set on Ti I'd give Walt at Waltworks a shout and see what he can build you up. It'll be well under a grand and steel but it'll be made for you by a guy who knows his stuff.

    Hope that helps.

It doesn't looks like M. Chester makes frames with disk tabs...

Is this true? Because I am never going back to V's.
