    Dmr Sts?

    Hi

I just placed an order on a Rennen Rollenlager that I had my mind set on, but recieved a reply that they just ran out of them and have to restock them which will take like two weeks. I don't want to wait that long so now I'm looking around for other options.
I want something that will hold up well, so I guess that means I don't want a spring tensioned one. I will be using it for general/rough trail riding. What are your suggestions if my budget is $50.

    How about

and what's the difference between that one and this one:

    Thanks a lot!

DMR sts is the best tensioner I've used. Get it you won't be sorry.
Yeah I gotta question. You got any excuses tonight Roy ? -Antonio Tarver

There is room for it all, just ride what you like to on what you like to...that's freeriding. -rbn14

seems like the rennens all have a big 9/16'' bolt attaching to the derailuer hanger.

Check the websites. You'll see that the DMR is slightly more complex.

If you aren't going to be riding park/street. Check out the On-One Other Doofer too. Similar to, but not as beefy as the Rennen.

The Rennen looks tougher. Is it worth twice the price? I used a Surly but it was a POS. Ick. I want effective, and strong.

The STS is what I use on my street rig. The STS is a really solid, well buil piece of work, the bearings are swappable with reg. skateboard bearings, once it's tight it doesn't move, unless you hit it. The only real problem is that you need a tool to adjust it.

The Rennen is meant to be beef, so the street/park riders favor it. If you aren't on of them get the On-One Other Doofer.

Allright. So the STS goes on the steel Moab, and the Rennen goes on the Kona Hoss.
