    Crown to Axle Measurement?

    Hi All,

Looking to maybe go rigid on my Nimble 9. With trying to figure out which length fork I want, where does one start the measurement on the crown? Is it where the fork comes out of the headset? On the fork crown just above the front tire? In the middle of the crown? I'd like to go with something that represents a 4" travel fork. Thanks a bunch.

    You need a fork with 490mm A2C.

"On the fork crown just above the front tire? In the middle of the crown?" - Yes, from the axle to the bottom of the crown.

"I'd like to go with something that represents a 4" travel fork" - You will want to get a fork that is suspension corrected for 100mm
