I make my own out of pvc

1-1/4 " PVC spacers and a wide base cog . The wide base cog prevents damage to your freehub body that a narrow cog can cause .

EndlessBikeCo. makes a really nice light weight spacer kit called the Fibonacci Spacer kit. They also sell awesome lightweight aluminum cogs. Check em out. www.endlessbikes.com

I ended up trying out the Wheels Manufacturing SSK-3 kit. 16T cog was what I needed, looks good and was cheap. I liked the idea of chainguides too.
