    Coaster Brake Photos

I am building up a vintage Ross Mt St Helens with coaster brakes and that got me to thinking, there must be some other cool SS bikes out there with coaster brakes. If you have any pics of your coaster brake ride post em up here!!!

    Rad!

What coaster hub are you using and did you have to modify the axle at all for 135mm dropouts?

If I ever built up a Pugs like I'd like to, it would be a single speed geared very low. Never thought of the coaster brake, looks rad!

All 3 hubs are HISTOP---The hub on the Pug, is a little offset with spacers. This puts the cog, better in line with the chainring.

Besides the last line, my fixie fat tire mountainbike fits the bill. I just can't get fat enough tires in there for the nuclear winter.

Hmmm, Coasties - maybe the fountain of youth?
Big wheels, fat tires, one gear, and skidding to stop.
