Cheap thrills

First time poster but long time reader,
I picked up a steel frame for free and am contemplating making myself a budget single speed. Does anybody have a budge single speed they would care to share pics or cost involved? I look forward to seeing some sweet rides.

Congratulations on your first post, and welcome. I have been around MTBR for some time but like your self I have been a long time lurker in the SS forums. I just recently made the switch over. I started with a budget minded SS rigid from a Nash bar frame that I had and I assembled it out of spare parts I had laying around. I LOVE IT! The second one is a work in progress aimed at being my front suspension SS!
