    Cassette body saver?

I'm running Chris King and Surly cogs on Stan's ZTR hubs and they seem to be biting into the cassette body pretty good. Aside from just switching to cogs with a bigger footprint like Gusset Double Six (are there others that are less expensive?), is there a wise company out there that manufacturers a specialty item to solve this problem? (I didn't see anything like this on the problem solver's website, should I use their "Got a problem" link?) I'm thinking it would be something like the thin steel strip that now come dovetailed into AC hubs. Then one would just insert a couple under the cog and spacers to take the brunt of the force and protect the cassette body...

the endless bikes "kick ass cog" is [I]very[I] tight on the freehub body and doesn't move around on my ztr hubs.
