Good job! Ah, what G.U.S.S. means... thx DirtRag!

I love DR, that mag. rocks.
Anyone ever wanting to know the real deal about stuff, definitely check it out.

The new issue has a write-up on the GUSS and it's pretty fair, and not all good.
One thing I learned is what G.U.S.S. means.

Giallo Ultimate Single Speed. (giallo= yellow in Italian.)

    just thought I'd share.

And here I always thought it stood for Gene-O's Ultimate Single Speed. As in... Gene f'n Oberpiller of the One on One Bicycle Studio in Minnesota!

I remember this guy riding to the races at Buck Hill, spanking everyone in the expert class, and then riding home for a cold beer. He raced Pro for Bianchi for a few years and then started One on One, the new bike culture.

But maybe this is all a figment of my imagination.

Don't Bianchi change the acronym of their ss model every year? There was the B.A.S.S for Bad Ass Single Speed (I think), B.U.S.S, B.O.S.S etc ...

The seat tube sticker says "master says faster" with a S&M hottie anime
my SASS also has(came stock with) the very friendly "your bike sucks" sticker on the right chainstay. a frame preloaded with attitude.

Same state as b1umboy, same delivery time. I think the printer is in Ohio. My issues arrive ~two weeks after I start seeing reports about them.

    Got mine 2 days ago.

I was suprised. I'm usually with the rest of you guys, reading the reports wondering WTF is my mag.
    For reference, I'm in TN.

This issue looks promising. I've been sitting unnecessarily on the loo just to read some of it

On page 45, you think that singlespeed's real/rideable?

    Sightings:
    • Fast Freddy cap (p. 103): on Mike's bike
    • riderx (p. 111): pic of static, joyride 1x1, marrkie, and joep freezing their butts off on a ferry
    • Wooglin (same page): self-portrait w/son
    • Mugg (p. 115): pic of a sweet ass
    • Poison Chicken (same page): pic of a blur in the boondocks

    Others?

Never realized how popular of a bunch we are....lol...

That bike on page 45 caught my eye - first thing I noticed was why bother with v brakes? - but yes it does look riedable... appears to have a double wide front hub with some kind of support brackets welded on... the back has similar support brackets too... made me wnat to break out the welder myself.... that would only end up in serious injury for myslef so I stopped.
