5 Hour epic, what did you do today

Did a 5 hour ride today. No idea what mileage was but i kinda wish i did. We think it was 30+. This was easily my longest mountain bike ride ever. My knees are a little sore. I hope i'll be able to get out of bed in the am

3 hours today in Point Mugu State Park. Single track was awesome for the most part. Guadalasco was really muddy but Backbone was terrific. Great day to be riding a 29er.

Installed a Tomicog and promptly scared the crap out of myself three minutes later when I grabbed the rear brake and nothing happened.
It's not about being better than others, it's about getting the best out of myself.

4hrs trail maintenance followed by 1hr ride. That'll do for today. Back out again tomorrow. Ride only though.
    I see hills.

    I want to climb them.
