It puts a grin on my face..

    Bmx/Mtb hybrids..
They are very quick, nimble and climb like a rocket cause that little wheel is very zippy.... The acceleration is practically instantaneous and the rolling resistance is negligible...of course it`s something only a parent could love

I like them...and at the very least welding/fabricating your own frames is pretty damn cool in my book.

I like 'em cuz they're weird. I'm a fan of bikes with short chainstays, and boy oh boy could you employ some short chainstays utilizing a 20" rear wheel.

Hmmmm... okay now, how about a 29er/20er?

    2001 "Marzochi" Z-2 race.......

80mm of travel (short). I've had it in my pile of bike stuff and decided to use it on this particular project with no complaints.

and very cool. I think it would be fun riding one... even more fun building them from scratch. I like the mix of BMX and mtb. cool frames btw.

those rides are cool! a friend of mine (she is 4'10'' with a short torso) has been contemplating getting a custom 24'' mountain bike since even the standard 26'' mountain bikes that fit her tend to have toe-overlap
