    Cool Pics....literally :-)

And to think, here in SoCal many of us are not riding because of a little rain this weekend.
Glad to see you are starting the year off right! I think maybe I'll go ride the fixie on rollers so at least I can say I rode this weekend.

    it wasn't really rideable

mostly i had to walk because it had rained yesterday and the rests of the snow where to soft to ride.

at places where there was little snow there was ice

the downhill was ridable but very tricky

i haven't seen other bikers on the trails, only traces of one other

but it was lots of fun

That looks like a fun trail in the drier part of the year also.

It rained a little harder here in NorCal. It rained about 7" in about 10 hours.

Glad to see a few of us got to ride.

this is the official biketrail that the city of zurich has built for mountainbikers, because they have a problem with bikers

this hill is one of the most frequented hills in europe

a good things for politicians to make publicity.....

Riding the snow is a blast, you guys that don't get it don't know what your missing... don't even notice the cold when your out there and it takes a lot of power to push though couple inches of powder resulting in one heck of a workout. Last time I went out, before this f'in thaw/rain we are having there was a coating of ice ontop of the snow, man what a pain to ride in. SSs are perfect for the snow, no derauller freeze up, no worries about shifting (wear better gloves), and barely any maintence when you return.

its easier to take pictures without gloves
