    1/8 chain compatibility

is it likely to cause any problems running a 1/8 chain on a 3/32 chainring and sprocket?

it works but, in my humble opinion, not as niecely as a drivetrain that is either all 3/32nd r all 1/8th.

thanks for the advise guys, it's been working fine for me to...i've just convinced a friend to drop his gears and didn't want to give him bad advice, or watch him dive over his bars if it all went wrong!
