Truvative Descendant Crank Owners ???

I have the Descendant crank and it has developed quite a bit of play between the spindles. No matter how hard I tighten the bolt it just doesn't close the gap.

Ive read that a wavy spring washer should be placed between the spindle on the drive side and the bottom bracket seal, but I don't have any thing like that installed.

Does anyone have the same experience, or know what this wavy spring washer is?

This is the only thing I could find for sale:

Yeah it's the GXP. There's no gap between the drive side. There is a seal that sits up against the crank spindle. I put a washer between the spindle and the seal and it solved the play issue but now the crank is too tight to spin freely. The washer seems to be too thick.

Do you think there is a problem with the crank or just the BB?
