Help me identify this Kona frame

Just picked this up on Craigslist. The seller doesn't remember the model, but its definitely a Kona with a steel frame. Might swap out the rigid fork for a suspension fork - would help to know how much travel this frame was designed for. Frame looks a lot like the Kona Hot models from the mid to late 1990s...can't tell if it uses a 1" or 1 1/8" steerer tube due to the skinnier head tube. Thanks!

The bike is probably something like a 2000 Kona Fire Mountain - BikePedia

It'd probably be able to handle a 80mm fork.

Remove the top cap and measure where it was, you only have to undo one screw.
