I am trying to replace the rear triangle on my M9 and have it all done minus the cup and cone bolt. Does anyone know what the best way to remove it is?
I have thought about it a little bit and have a couple of ideas on how to go about it.
Should I buy a longer bolt, screw it into the side where I removed the allen bolt and tap it out with a hammer or should I get a punch and do it that way? Anyone have any other ideas?
If I'm understanding correctly you're talking about the v2 pivot bolts right? If so take the cone out and there is an Allen inside the cup bolt. Just unthread it
Haha, well that makes me feel kind of dumb... It was about 11 when I tried it last night and it just slipped my mind to shine a light to check it. Thanks for the help!
