Came into both recently...
Highlights: both are black chrome. The High Sierra is tri-caliber tri-oval cromo, the Sierra is Mountain Oversize cromo G force tri-butt tubing. High Sierra is 6 speed top lever shift, MOS Sierra is 7 speed trigger. Rear u-brake on the High Sierra. MOS Sierra has lugs at dropouts on front fork, chainstays which sweep up at rear to minimize chain slap. Head tube on High Sierra is fillet brazed (as opposed to tig on MOS Sierra). Both are in similar shape and have components of similar quality.
Only going to keep one, sight unseen, which one would you keep? Can't post pics right now, maybe later.
