We had an Elka Stage 5 for about 3 months mounted to a V-10. The shock is pretty killer I would recommend one for sure. The shock worked very well on a wide range of terrain. Even me the slow guy noticed a big jump between it and the Vivid that was on the bike originally. You can check the review below.
Yeah it was better than the Vivid and Fox RC4 on the two test bikes. The Revox mounted on the Banshee is gonna be hard to beat period. But we should get a CCDB to compare it to sometime soon. I fixed the title for you BTW.:eekster:
Hey ianjenn - that write-up reads like a user manual...which sucks, because the title states ELKA...REVIEW.
Don't get me wrong, I've been on your site dozens of times in the last year and dig it, generally speaking. That "review" is seemingly nothing more than a lot of cut/paste.
Character, yeah sorry about that. Did have a fair bit of info up there from Elka. Tried to trim some down. Hope it's better now. The review is pretty honest and on task I would say. We have a wide range of riders. We have a few other bikes in the works also!
