I ran across a site the other day. I thought they were only in Liberia, as I was referred to them by a guy in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. But I see that they have a shop in Santa Anna, not to far from Alajuela province. I noticed on their site a number of runs and races. One of the more informative sites I have found for Central America. I will warn you it is in Spanish you will find it at http://www.cicloguilly.com/cms/rides/ If you come into Nicaragua side let me know I will be happy to put you in touch with a few guys here. Let me know how you make out maybe between us we can get some trails up for those here in Central America or wanting to visit.
