You just need the correct size (104). But, be sure to get SS chainring, which has no pins/ramps. But, I'd agree with AZ that ISAR's rings are very nice, and I'd get one of those if I was in the market for one....

Any 104bcd chainring should work, but as they both said, make sure it is unramped/not pinned (singlespeed specific).
As for strength, i'd stay away from stainless rings as most stainless (including that of chainring manufacturers) have a very low yield strength, meaning they bend easy. I amung others have tacoed some just by climbing. Aluminum is far less prone to bending, suprisingly enough. It does wear faster though. The ultimate in wear life and strength with not too much of a sacrafice in weight is titanium, but with it comes a heavy price for anything worth a damn (correct grade of ti, proper manufacturing techniques, etc.).
