No thanks, I'm intereted in getting good info about riding around Buenos Aires and surrounding areas.
I’m sorry to tell you that you won’t find 10 foot of decent mtb trails in Buenos Aires, as it’s flat as a pancake, beautiful city though and bike-friendly up to some extent (compared with other capital cities in LatAm).
For respectable trails you need to travel at least 800 km (500 miles) to Cordoba or visit Mendoza, Rio ***** or Neuquén for some of the most stunning views in the world.
Bear in mind that most of the Patagonia trails are not indicated and lack of infrastructure or maintenance as they are normally cattle trails and are bike accessible only in late spring and summer. You can also try any skiing centre (Chapelco, Cerro Bayo, Bariloche) but again, only in late spring and summer.
In Cordoba you can try Villa Giardino, Chuchi Corral and Rio Pinto. At least those are the places I have ridden in, but that was 8 years ago.
Most of it through double tracks and a lot of small rivers and streams crossing.
I'm from Argentina too. I'm going to south in the summer if everything goes ok. Maybe heading to Los Siete Lagos, not sure tho.
