That is the company that Santa Cruz bought the patent from. They went under and the design disappeared from the market. From what I remember (keep in mind I've only been riding since 98'-99') Santa Cruz had a bit of a hard time getting the patent.
It'd be a cool thing to have even if it were nothing more than an antique bike with old school parts or a wall ornament but itd be cool if it worked for like a mx bike.
props to SC tho for sorta refining the tech and putting it into another new frame before producing it...i wonder how how much they would have changed it tho...if they did at all...
