I just wanted to give some additional information on the Saturday morning ride meeting @ 9:50 a.m.
First of all I would classify this ride as a memorable non-hammerhead scenic adventure epic.
The ride will last three to four hours and dogs are welcomed. There will be several pavement sections so a leash would be recommended in those sections.
Included in the ride will be the following:
Numerous world class short technical up and down sections;
Short (100' total) slickrock ledges with stimulating puck factor;
Short sections (200' total) of off-cant exposed (you may want to walk) singletrack that will take your mind off of most personal problems;
One mile of fast buffed 5% grade uphill singletrack;
100 feet of uphill hike-a-bike unless you are Hans Ray certified;
Several long sections of hands off the brakes fast flowy downhill singletrack
planning on joining you, look forward to meeting traildoc, truckee and others. maybe I'll bring traildoc a working keyboard , my IDE keeps trying to compile your posts.**
**geek humor. go ride your bike more if you got that

Sounds like fun! Are you still meeting at 179 and Chapel road?

Thanks for joining in on the ride. I went out and checked out the first third of the ride and the trail is pretty dry so the climb sections were very loose and challenging.
Rumor is that Bikedoc might show up for the ride. He gave my Flypaper pedals a tune-up tonight to give me the best possible chance to make some of those challenging climbs.
