This is for your Highline I assume....
Zero stack Cane Creek is your best bet. Even still it will be a tight fit.
As an aside, who makes the lowset stack height 1.5 headset (for 1.5 steerers)?
I just picked up the Cane Creek Double XC and it seems like it should be pretty thin, don't have the specs on hand (at work) but for an 1.5" headtube i'd look into it. I needed a low stack headset for my fork that has a super short steerer tube and that seemed to be the lowest i could find.

But that is for the 1.5" headtube, reduced to 1.125"...

don't think you'll find one that is less than .2" total stack, but even if there is, still better to get a drop upper crown from an 04 or 05 888.
