I am aware that some forks in the 08' lineup had issues with both the new 20mm QR design and bushing slop.... just wondering if the 66 SL ATA has similar or even other issues?
started with sloppy bushings, then travel wind down, then it went to 140mm and stayed there.
I sent it back to Marzocchi and they took care of all of it under warranty in about 3 weeks. Rode it once at speed since then...feels like new, but until Fox has a 180mm single crown, I am sticking with it.
mine totally sucked, first the ATA knob was turning counter clockwise with no limitation until the air came out. I sent it for service and it returned with the famous wind down issue and with an air leak.
I switched bikes and now I'm an happy 2009 fox float rc2 owner.
